Step 1: File Statement and Judgment Entry
The statement and a certified copy of the judgment entry must be filed with the appropriate board of elections not later than 4 p.m. on the 75th day before the day of the next primary or general election. Failure to supply the board of elections with the liquor permit holder’s complete and accurate address invalidates the election. “Complete and accurate address” means the following:
1. The address of the liquor permit premise,
2. The address of the statutory agent of the liquor permit holder, if applicable, and3. The address of the liquor permit holder if different from the liquor permit premises address.
